Cancellation Requests

To help us process your request promptly, please include your Order Number, Name, and Contact Number in your cancellation request.

Order Processing

Our team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely dispatch.

Orders that have entered processing, personalisation, packing, shipping label generation, or dispatch cannot be cancelled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 24-hour timeframe.

Orders containing personalised or customised products cannot be cancelled once the personalisation process has commenced.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and confirmation by Beano Babies.

Credit Note

For eligible cancellations approved within the specified timeframe, Beano Babies will issue a Credit Note equivalent to the value of the cancelled order.

The Credit Note:

• Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Can be redeemed exclusively on www.beanobabies.com.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Cannot be redeemed against previous purchases.

Please note that cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not offered for cancelled orders that qualify under this policy. Eligible cancellations will receive a Credit Note only.

Late Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order has been placed cannot be accommodated.

Once an order has progressed to processing, personalisation, packing, shipping label generation, or dispatch, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or Credit Note issuance.

• Cancellation requests submitted outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Beano Babies reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
