Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date we receive payment. Personalized orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the day the order is shipped.

Please note that deliveries to offbeat locations, remote areas, and certain non-metro pin codes may take longer. As delivery timelines to these locations depend on courier serviceability and local logistics, we are unable to provide an estimated delivery timeline for such destinations. These delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • A flat shipping fee of ₹300 applies to standard shipments.

    • Vacuum packing does not affect the quality, softness, or durability of your product. While we take every care in preparing your order, we do not accept responsibility for any loss of the vacuum seal, creasing, or changes in appearance that may occur during transit or storage.

    • Orders containing multiple products, bulky items, or requiring multiple/additional packing may incur additional shipping charges based on the total shipment weight, dimensions, and destination.
    • Where applicable, Beano Babies will contact you to confirm any additional shipping charges before dispatch. 
    • For orders within Mumbai, your Bliss Bag will be delivered fully assembled and ready to gift, just as pictured on our website. For orders outside Mumbai, the Bliss Bag is shipped in a collapsed form to ensure safe and convenient delivery. It is easy to shape back into its beautiful form once received. All Bliss Bags are gift-wrapped with ribbons and cellophane paper and include a personalized card.

  • International Shipping:

    • For international orders, please contact us at support@beanobabies.com. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on your shipping location and the weight of the order. Customs charges may apply based on the duty structure of the destination country, which you will need to pay upon accepting the order.

    • Expected Delivery Time: 12-15 business days.

    • Please Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any government-declared holidays.

    Unforeseen Delivery Delays

    While we strive to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated timeline, unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rainfall, floods, natural calamities, transport disruptions, strikes, or other events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

    In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended, and customers may have to bear the additional waiting time. As these delays are beyond our control, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refund requests arising solely due to such delays will not be accepted.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

    Note:
    If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping charges.

    Bulk Orders

    Bulk orders are placed specifically for you and require dedicated production, packing, and shipping arrangements.

    • Orders containing three or more products, oversized items, those requiring multiple packages, above a total value of ₹15,000, corporate gifting, event gifting, baby shower favors, return favors, wholesale orders, irrespective of quantity are considered bulk orders.
    • Our flat-rate shipping fee of ₹300 applies only to standard shipments and does not apply to bulk orders.
    • Shipping charges for bulk orders are calculated based on the total shipment weight, package dimensions, number of parcels, and delivery destination. If additional shipping charges apply, our team will contact you before dispatch and after order confirmation.
    • Bulk orders may require additional processing time before shipment.
    • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, and external factors.
    • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping charges.
    • While we strive to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. In such situations, Beano Babies shall not be held liable for delays in delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and our team will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
    • For urgent or event-based deliveries, we recommend placing your order well in advance as we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

    Please Note:

    • All bulk orders are final sale. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed. Exceptions will be made if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear videos of the product and packaging. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.     • Beano Babies reserves the right to classify any order as a bulk order based on factors including, but not limited to, the number of products ordered, shipment weight, package dimensions, number of parcels required, destination, or any special packing and shipping requirements. Such orders may incur additional shipping charges beyond the standard flat-rate shipping fee.
