Where are your products made?
All Beano Babies products are proudly designed and handcrafted in India.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Yes. Our products are made using natural cotton fabrics and azo-free dyes, making them suitable for babies from birth unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Are your prints exclusive?
Yes. Every Beano Babies print is designed exclusively by our in-house team. We do not offer custom print requests or manufacture customer-submitted designs.
What if a product is sold out?
Click the Notify Me button on the product page and you'll receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.
Can I preorder sold-out products?
At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders. If an item is sold out, simply click the Notify Me button on the product page to receive an email as soon as it's back in stock. Our collections are produced in small batches, so we recommend placing your order early once your favourite design is available again.

What materials do you use?
Our bedding is made using premium natural cotton fabrics with soft cotton filling where applicable. We use baby-safe azo-free dyes that are gentle on sensitive skin.

What dyes are used in Beano Babies products?
Our fabrics are printed using azo-free dyes imported from Germany, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful material selection for little ones.
What size quilt should I choose?
Choosing the right quilt depends on your child's age, bed size and how you plan to use it.
- Baby Quilt (40" Γ 60") β Perfect for newborns, cribs, cots, tummy time and everyday snuggles.
- Medium Quilt (52" Γ 72") β Ideal for toddlers transitioning to a toddler or single bed, or for families who prefer extra room.
- Large Quilt (60" Γ 90") β Best suited for older children and designed to grow with them for years to come.

Both are designed for comfort but serve different purposes.
Choose a Quilt if you:

Choose a Dohar if you:
- Prefer a lightweight cover for warmer weather.

Many parents choose both - a dohar for warmer days and a quilt for everyday use

As each product is handcrafted, slight variations are a natural part of the process and make every piece beautifully unique.
Do colours look exactly like the website?
We try our best to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Are your products suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. Our products are among our most popular newborn and baby shower gifts and arrive beautifully packaged.

Can I personalise my order?
Yes. Selected products can be personalised with your baby's name.
Which products can be personalised?
Personalisation is available on eligible products. Please refer to each product page for availability.
How much does personalisation cost?

Additional words are charged at βΉ300 per word.
How long will personalised embroidery last?
Our embroidery is designed to last for years with proper care. Using high-quality threads and professional embroidery techniques, the name remains securely stitched through regular use and washing. Following the recommended care instructions will help keep your personalised piece looking its best.
Can personalised products be returned?
No. Since each personalised item is custom-made, personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Will personalisation delay shipping?
Yes. Please allow approximately 3β5 additional business days for personalised orders.

How should I wash my quilt or dohar?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low or line dry in shade.
Can I machine wash the products?
Yes. Most products are machine washable. Please follow the care label attached to your product.
Should I wash the product before first use?
Yes. We recommend washing your product before your baby's first use.
Will colours fade after washing?
Our products are made using high-quality printing techniques. Following our care instructions helps preserve the colours and softness for years.
Will the quilt become softer after washing?
Yes. Our quilts are crafted from premium natural cotton, which becomes even softer with gentle washing while maintaining its quality and durability.
For best results, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent, and either line dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Can I iron the products?
Yes, on a low heat setting if required.
Can quilts be vacuum packed for storage?
Yes, but prolonged vacuum packing may temporarily flatten the filling. Once unpacked, allow the quilt time to regain its natural loft. While uncommon, we cannot take responsibility for changes caused by vacuum packing.
How should I store my quilt?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Will my bliss bag arrive assembled?
For orders within Mumbai, your Bliss Bag will be delivered fully assembled and ready to gift, just as pictured on our website. For orders outside Mumbai, the Bliss Bag is shipped in a collapsed form to ensure safe and convenient delivery. It is easy to shape back into its beautiful form once received. All Bliss Bags are gift-wrapped with ribbons and cellophane paper and include a personalized card.
